Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility and Exclusions
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Clearance items, and certain promotional bundles are excluded. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, opened mattresses, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process and Customer Responsibilities
To start a return, contact us at support@macbabeds.com OR 08001512930   If your return is accepted, we will arrange a return date where our delivery team will pick up the the Item/s. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage, such as photos, may be required.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
