How to Return Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return an item, please make sure you keep the original packaging. Unfortunately, without the original packaging, we may be unable to accept the return or process a refund.

To start a return, please contact Macba Beds Customer Support with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return (if applicable).

Returning Mattresses

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattress or mattress topper unless it is faulty. (This is in line with UK rules on sealed goods for hygiene reasons once unsealed.) Legislation.gov.uk+1

If you wish to return an unwanted mattress that has not been opened, used, or damaged, a collection charge will apply:

  • £80.00 per order, plus

  • £45.00 per item for orders with more than 1 item

These charges will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large items is costly, so we kindly ask customers to review these charges before purchasing.

Returning Beds, Divans and Other Items

When you receive your order, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery (for eligible items) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. GOV.UK+1

If you wish to return an unwanted bed, divan, or other large item, a collection charge will apply:

  • £80.00 per order, plus

  • £45.00 per item for orders with more than 1 item

These charges will be deducted from any refund processed.

Cancellations Before Your Item Is Delivered

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, and it has been more than 24 hours since you placed the order, a delivery cancellation charge may apply:

  • £80.00 per order, plus

  • £45.00 per item for orders with more than 1 item

This is because delivery scheduling and processing costs may already have been incurred.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if items are:

  • returned in their original packaging, and

  • in a re saleable condition

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the net amount (after deducting any applicable collection or cancellation fees) to your original payment method. UK guidance generally requires refunds to be made within 14 days after receiving the goods back (or evidence they have been returned). GOV.UK+1

Faulty or Damaged Items

This policy does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Legislation.gov.uk+1

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact Macba Beds as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
